These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our cloud-based services, including but not limited to proxy configuration, subscription management, and related tools. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using Cloud services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Users under 13 are prohibited from using our services.
2. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@v2rayn-g.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
3. Service Usage
Our services are intended for lawful, non-malicious purposes only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: hacking, phishing, spamming, denial-of-service attacks, distributing malware, or violating third-party rights. Abuse may result in immediate suspension without refund.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as outlined in our Refund Policy.
- Pricing, features, and billing cycles are subject to change with 30 days’ notice via email or site announcement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, trademarks, and proprietary materials on Cloud are owned by or licensed to V2RayN-G. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cloud services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, V2RayN-G disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be posted at https://cloud.v2rayn-g.com/terms-conditions. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: March 15, 2025.
